WORKSHOP POLICY

Select your workshop date & payment type from the drop down list.

A ticket deposit will secure your place. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to pay the full ticket amount. Your deposit is non-refundable if you are unable to attend.

Payment type:

FULL PAYMENT - You'll pay full amount at the time of booking in order to reserve your spot.

'HALF NOW, HALF LATER' - You'll pay 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold your space, and the remaining 50% will be due 1 week before the workshop. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to pay the full ticket amount. Your deposit is non-refundable if you are unable to attend.

All fees must be paid by the 7th day before a workshop starts in order to confirm your space. Once you have completed the order, you’ll receive an email notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In keeping with our workshop policy, there are no refunds for workshop fees paid. If you register for a workshop and are unable to attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We will provide a gift voucher for the same value of the workshop or transfer you to a new workshop date. Also, your place can be transferred to someone else but do let us know in advance if you wish to do this, providing their contact details.

We will confirm the workshop one week before the workshop date via email. Should we cancel a workshop that is within the 1 week confirmation period, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you either a full refund or an opportunity to swap your booking to another date, if available.
